Our team sponsored and was out in force at the NorCal Affordable Housing Supplier Diversity Summit on May 9th. We saw clients we are working with at Eden Housing, Inc., Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA), Resources for Community Development, and MidPen Housing Corporation along with BAR Architects & Interiors. We also met many diverse subs and suppliers. This is part of our push and commitment toward a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment on our projects. Thanks to Tracy Cheffer, Traci Benson and Brendan Radich for assisting with getting our materials ready and thank you to Josh Leibowitz and Robert Blake for devoting their day to meeting new suppliers and promoting our company.

Last month we celebrated National Apprenticeship Week by attending the 2023 Bay Area Construction Workforce Conference held at Cypress Mandela Training Center. It was a wonderful event, bringing together local agencies, contractors, multi-craft core curriculum programs, union representatives, as well as pre-apprenticeship students to learn about the local labor supply and efforts to develop the next generation of a diverse and local workforce pipeline. Thank you to all conference sponsors! #2023CWC

Our team members from the office to the field are the backbone of our business and to show our appreciation for their hard work, we honored them by having a company picnic at Ranch at Little Hills in San Ramon. The day was filled with great food by Smokin BBQ followed by Mr. Softee Iced Cream Truck and of course, lots of competitive games including a dunk tank! Everyone had a blast!
