Join us for our FREE in-person Family Forms Clinic on Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Members of the community can get aid in completing Family Court forms regarding changing or modifying child support, establishing paternity and legal decision-making, and the divorce and legal separation process, among other forms. The Family Forms Clinic is hosted by the Law Library Resource Center, part of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, in partnership with the Arizona Legal Center and the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Volunteer law students will provide help with completing Family Court forms. This event is free, but an appointment is required. Walk-ins are possible, but priority will be given to scheduled appointments.
