Commissioner Scales joined the Osprey Initiative today for the install of a new litter trapping boom on Village Creek. The folks from Osprey will check the boom, remove litter, and recycle it. This will help keep litter from reaching Bayview Lake. The Commission has invested $125k a year for 3 years to fund these devices throughout the County. #keepitcleanjeffco
