“Rural America restores Faith in Human Kindness: David’s family had been farmers for decades, but many years ago an ancestor sold off the 80 acres farm to a relative that didn’t have its best interest at heart- the whole family was devastated by this turn of events However, David was determined to win his family lands back , so when the farm came up for auction him and his dad put together the best cash offer they could muster and hoped for a miracle The day of the auction with 200 farmers present to bid , was nerve wracking- he thought with apprehension his chances were slim to none… but placed his bid anyway What happened next , surprised David to the core - all 200 farmers remained quiet and not a single one placed a bid After a period of desperate calls for any other bid , the auctioneer had to award David and his dad the winning bid- they got their beloved family farm back into the family fold . The farmers had stood in solidarity and forgone the acquisition of the land for David’s family to prevail An amazed David said afterwards; “I’ve had two profoundly humbling days in my life: the day my son was born. The second was that unforgettable day at the auction house.” The MSM won’t report it, but Rural America *IS* the Real America 🇺🇸❤️” Credit: Shannon Felder

Placing Debt and Equity, RE/ M&A 5 days to term sheet with proper documentation. Appreciate the look

Microsoft Copilot M365 Admin features permits LLM powered queries on user activities.. This includes keyword searches across the whole microsoft suite, and summaries across any time interval for individuals and groups of employees. By using powershell scripts, Admins can generate complete second by second data of employee activity and then summarize that info in paragraph form or output it as data to a dashboard. This feature was left out of the Copilot marketing copy for some reason....

All analogies are imperfect. The best explain something simple in terms, something we have all experienced. Forward motion of the Bicycle is Economic Growth. Its ultimately powered by energy fossil fuels, Profit and a legal code helps smooth of chaotic imbalances.. Debt works in tandem with profit and laws to enable faster Rates of Growth.. All B2B businesses, they are the gears helping the economy utilize Energy more Efficiently... All of this works to satisfy consumer needs, ( the contact patch of the rear wheel). Gail Tverberg made wonderful picture.

McDonald's does it. So does Marriott. And Costco too. All these companies sell you one thing, but make money on something else. I call it the mystery money machine. Here's how it works. ➝ McDonald's is the world's biggest real estate company pretending to be a restaurant chain. The company owns 25,000 buildings and lots of land underneath. Franchisees pay rent and McD's cashes in. Flipping burgers is the glue holding it together. (There's no glue in the burgers - promise.) ➝ Costco is a retailer that sold $226B worth of stuff last year. But they barely made money off that. So how did they land a profit of $9B? Memberships. Yup, 80% of Costco's profit comes from the $100 fee you pay just to walk in the door. ➝ Marriott is a hotel chain that doesn't actually own hotels. It just slaps a brand on them. While it does run a few, most of the 30 chains owned by Marriott license the name, operating system, and loyalty program to independent owners. That business model brought in a cool $20B last year. _____ Cash comes from all sorts of places. And sometimes it's from where you least expect. #marketing #revenue #growth P.S. Enjoy this? The SEC is coming for DEFI. The SEC just gave Uniswap a Wells notice, giving Uniswap time to defend itself from the incoming SEC lawsuit. Uniswap is an American Company that uses a smart contracts to enable non custodial peer to peer exchange of crypto currency tokens on multiple chains. It's not a traditional exchange. Is it a securities Broker? Well, maybe..... You can definitely use it to swap a bunch of tokens that the SEC considers unregistered securities. But its not the same type of creature as a pink sheet broker that is trading off market equities. If DEFI is going to enter mainstream, the U.S. needs new Laws and New Reg Tech around crypto. If the market and govt does not provide sensible solutions fintech will move off shore to other countries who are willing.

The energy stored in food in the form of fats, protein, and carbohydrates gets combined with oxygen in the tiny little factories inside your cells called mitochondria. The food and oxygen then produce the form of energy used by our bodies called ATP. It powers everything. Once we stop producing energy, we die. Some foods burn clean, while others create a lot of exhaust that damages our tissues and cells and produces free radicals that cause oxidation (similar to rusting) and inflammation. Our bodies produce their own antioxidants to protect us from this damage. When we overeat processed foods, our antioxidant systems can’t keep up. To make energy from food and oxygen, the assembly line in your mitochondria needs specific vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients: B vitamins, coenzyme Q10, carnitine, zinc, magnesium, selenium, omega-3 fats, lipoic acid, N-acetylcysteine, vitamin E, vitamin K, sulfur, and others. Our modern nutrient-depleted diet provides very few of these mitochondrial boosters. The simplest way to change this is to make sure to diet that consists of real, whole foods. And bonus points if you include the foods listed above that are full of the nutrients needed to keep producing mitochondria.
