🚧 Project Update: SJCC Career Education Complex 🚧 We had a beautiful week in San Jose, and the team is making great strides at San Jose City College's Career Education Complex! Here is what has been accomplished: 🔷 Level 1: Curtain Wall installation is progressing well and moving closer to sector C. Interior and exterior insulation work continues to advance, with efforts now extending up to Level 2. 🔷 Level 2: Preparations for the Curtain Wall have begun, with starter sills and head lugs being installed. Waterproofing of the exterior drop soffits is also moving forward smoothly. 🔷 Level 3: Wall framing has progressed into sector A, while MEPF rough-in followed into sector B. Topping out of drywall kicked off in sector C, marking another milestone. 🔷 Terraces (Levels 3 & 4): Installation of galvanized handrails is nearly complete. 🔷 Level 4 & Roof: Fireproofing for Level 4 and the roof penthouse has wrapped up. Roof parapet framing is nearing completion, setting the stage for roofing work to begin next week. It truly is a team effort to bring this project to life!
