I am thrilled to introduce three exceptional ex-Birds and leaders who are joining our Pavilion community and Amsterdam chapter, bringing a wealth of 18+ years of unicorn experience from Dutch unicorn Bird (former Messagebird). The also bring diverse perspectives from different Go-To-Market motions and extensive Product knowledge. Yes, we often forget that B2B SaaS and tech are foremost about the Product and then about the Go-To-Market and not the other way around. Neither can go without each other, therefore it is especially great to welcome Joey. Now he co-founded Saber together with Rehman, revolutionizing sales productivity by automating account research and consolidating sales tech tools. Rehman Abdur Professional Highlight: Rehman co-founded Saber, a platform revolutionizing sales productivity by automating account research and consolidating sales tech tools. His leadership at MessageBird, where he managed the EMEA Central & South sales teams, drove significant revenue growth and optimized sales strategies. Noury Westers Professional Highlight: As the VP Sales EMEA at Parcel Perform, Noury leads the sales strategy across multiple regions, helping global brands optimize their post-purchase experience. His previous role at MessageBird saw him achieve top-performing region status through value-based selling techniques. We are excited to have these talented individuals on board and look forward to their valuable contributions to our community. ✨ "You CAN do it all ... but you don't HAVE to do it all." ✨ This was the mantra that unfolded last night as I hosted my very first Pavilion ATL Women's event. We ate amazing food courtesy of Cookonnect and paired it with exquisite wines from Ankida Ridge Vineyards. My Panda led the conversation as we shared stories, savored delicious flavors and embraced the idea that it's ok to outsource tasks at home. In doing so we give ourselves an opportunity to reclaim our time and focus on other areas that truly matter - our passions, our loved ones, our careers. As executives, we do this every day in our jobs. Why not take the same approach in our personal lives?
