Ignore the critics… Only mediocrity is safe from ridicule. YOU AREN’T FOR EVERYONE. As a matter of fact, that’s a good thing. Make a splash or disappear. That’s the way it works in 2024. It’s no longer enough to put a few articles together, make a Press Release from time to time, etc. To stand out today, you have to stake your bold claim. Plant your flag. And when you stake your claim, friction is the natural byproduct. Embrace it. ---- 📌Are you a Founder looking to Disrupt your industry in the smartest way? We can help. The VAST majority of tech startups (~90%) fail — just a fact of life. But our guess is that SO MANY more could win if they got things sorted right from the start. Startups, ask yourself these 8 critical questions: - What’s your unique value proposition? - What problem are you solving? - Who is your target audience? - Is there market demand? - Have you the right team? - How will you monetize? - How will you fund? - Can you scale? Too many startups are doomed from the beginning because they never sat down and asked real questions. Once you ask these questions, your brand voice becomes so much clearer as well — the right questions early, set you up for success when things get, let’s just say, INTERESTING.

“Summer Fridays” & the 4 Day Workweek have been HOT topics recently. Let’s talk about how JP Morgan Chase & Goldman Sachs are framing this idea with their customers. The idea has obvious benefits for the employees, right? More free time, extra day off. But the reduction in productivity, not to mention a change in company culture toward more laxity aren’t ideal for the companies above. The modern twist on this problem is that PEOPLE CAN WORK FROM HOME. Offering work from home (WFH) days seems like an obvious compromise, right? Organizations may see them as interchangeable, but there’s a major difference from working remotely and being completely off duty. A MASSIVE difference, in fact. With so many companies adding WFH options, and moving toward 4-day workweeks, and doing so in the public eye, pressure gets added to big companies to make a move. But for the really large companies, adding even 1 slight change to the schedule could impact literally thousands of people — and thousands of work hours for the company. What do you think? Should companies move toward 4-day workweek and more WFH options? Or are they justifiably hesitant to make the move? Relevant article link: https://hubs.la/Q02KNtpM0

AI is amazing, but this??? It’s impressive, yes, but does it solve any specific problems? Who is the ideal audience for this tech? It’s true that tech is changing industries. (Tech is also changing how people store tomatoes apparently) The question I have for you is this: Would you pay money for this feature? Samsung
