Earlier this year, NielsenIQ released a trend report that highlighted several key areas of growth in the beverage industry. Here's what it found: 🏃♀️ Convenience - Customers want beverages that are portable and simple to serve. Our premium canned wines are just that. 8.5oz per can = 1.5 glasses = ready to drink, anywhere, any time. 🌱 Wellness - It's what's inside that counts (ingredients matter). We make top-tier wines that are dry in style, gluten-free, vegan, and no added sulfites. 🌎 Sustainability - Earth-friendly is in. Our easily recycled aluminum cans are lighter to transport and create significantly less waste than glass bottles. Plus, all our grapes are grown in sustainably certified vineyards. ✨ Premiumization - Drinkers prefer quality over value when it comes to wine. What trends are you seeing this year in the beverage alcohol category?

Sustainability matters. And not just for us, but for our customers. More and more of today’s consumers are paying attention to the environmental impact of the products they consume, including alcoholic beverages — a major reason behind Just Enough Wines’ rapid growth over the last 6 months. Sustainability has been a core tenant of our company since Just Enough Wines was founded in 2020. Here is how we continue to make it a priority: SIMPLE, LOW-WASTE PACKAGING Aluminum cans are the most commonly recycled beverage material, containing an average of ~73% recycled content. Compared to glass bottles, aluminum cans offer better space efficiency and reduced packaging weight, resulting in lower emissions during shipping. 💡 Fun Fact: A used aluminum can is recycled back on the shelf as a new can in as few as 60 days SUSTAINABILITY-CERTIFIED VINEYARDS We take pride in sourcing our grapes from high-quality, sustainable vineyards, ensuring that our wines are produced with care and attention to detail. Our vineyards' unique combination of climate and terroir provides the perfect growing conditions, resulting in delicious, premium wines. 🍇 Our grapes are grown primarily across the California Central Coast, in vineyards certified by Sustainability in Practice (SIP) and the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) 🌱 These certifications ensure that our wines meet specific environmental and social standards to uphold the overall quality and character of sustainable wine-growing practices. 1% FOR THE PLANET As a 1% for the Planet member, we pledge to donate one percent of our annual sales to environmentally friendly non-profit organizations. This year, we've partnered with the California State Parks Foundation and the Women's Earth Alliance. Learn more about our conscious wines here: https://lnkd.in/gtM_JVFs

This month is Women's History Month, and as a female-founded and woman-owned brand, it is an especially exciting time for our company. We were founded by two women — Jessica Hershfield and Kaitlyn Lo. After attending Stanford University together and beginning careers in tech and finance, we realized we wanted to pursue something we were more passionate about. As we entered our late 20s and early 30s, and our lives evolved in every way (careers, dating, families, friends), we began to drink wine differently, too. Relaxing at the end of the day with a great glass of wine or savoring one with friends became something we truly cherished, an experience much more about quality than quantity. Bottled wine didn’t work out well for what we wanted in those moments; it was simply too much. And that too muchness led to waste and excess—completely out of alignment with how we were drinking wine, and how we wanted to treat the planet. Hence, Just Enough Wines was born. We decided to create a more conscious drinking experience: pleasure-forward, perfectly portioned, sustainably sourced, consciously canned wine. We are also proud to be a WBENC brand — why is that important? WBENC Certification validates that a business is at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman or women. This means one or more women must have unrestricted control of the business, a demonstrated management of day-to-day operations, and a proportionate investment of capital or expertise. This matters because consumers are actively looking to support brands that they can relate to. Additionally, more and more buyers and business owners are committed to carrying and featuring more inclusive brands for their consumers. Cheers to raising a can and celebrating the accomplishments of Women this month and all year long. #womenownedbusiness #womenshistorymonth #wineindustry
