Online consumers expect more personalized experiences every day. According to a 2024 report, 63.8% of online consumers say a brand will lose their loyalty if they deliver an un-personalized experience. But we have a problem. You don't know anything about them in order to deliver the experience they expect. They call it a "one journey - one user experience", or hyper-personalization (which is the latest buzzword to be abused, regardless of context, by so many vendors).
