"This is why we work here. We're in IT, but we do this for the kids. We do it for the adults. All of our patients." -Linda Koester, VP of IT Operations at Kaleida Health When Linda Koester, VP of IT Operations for Kaleida Health, was organizing an employee engagement event for her staff, she wanted to find a way to show her team the impact their work has on the patients served through Kaleida Health. And when Kaleida Health partner XenTegra expressed interest in participating, the two made a plan. Members of Kaleida Health's IT team and Xentegra assembled, named and delivered Build-A-Bear plushies to kids at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital with the help of a fuzzy bear mascot! The kids and families couldn't stop smiling and laughing as they received their bears. Thank you to the IT Department and Xentegra FOR thinking of our patients in this fun employee engagement event!
