Scientists uncover a link between KLS-13019 and the GPR55 receptor, shedding light on its promising role in reducing inflammatory markers associated with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). In contrast, cannabidiol (CBD) shows low efficacy, highlighting significant differences between the two compounds.
