We are excited to take part in San Diego Gives, a transformative campaign, to accelerate our mission and show the region that creating fair workplaces promotes health and well-being for all. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to support the critical work of San Diego’s LEAPS Alliance. With your help, we can empower employees and advocate for fair opportunities in all work environments. We're fast-tracking workplace gender equity in America!
About us
The Kim Center is dedicated to creating gender equity in the workplace by transforming the beliefs and behaviors that obstruct women’s success. We have created a uniquely collaborative and structured action plan to transform women's second-class status in the workplace through: 1) Research - Grow With Gender Equity (GGE) Reports give individual communities their unique, unvarnished benchmarks for workplace gender equity 2) Playbooks - GGE Playbooks use benchmarks from the Reports to provide clear guidance and metrics to organizations and communities for achieving gender equity 3) Metrics and accountability: our Gender Equity Collaborative certification will establish the nation's first uniform standards for workplace gender equity

Congratulations! I know that we for one are so grateful for Hillary Bunsow's pro bono work, so we're thrilled to see you all recognized!
Bunsow De Mory is proud to announce that Chambers and Partners has included the firm in its 2024 USA Litigation Guide for Intellectual Property—Patent Litigation. This is the firm’s first selection for the Chambers Guide. "The team's ability to quickly ascertain technology and distill critical milestones and strategy is extraordinary,” a firm client told Chambers. Another shared with Chambers, "The breadth and depth of the Bunsow team's capabilities and experiences are excellent." Managing Partner and co-founder Denise De Mory reflected on this milestone. “We are very proud to have received this recognition and to be counted among this list of elite firms by Chambers and Partners. Over the last twelve years, we’ve been fortunate to build an incredible team of talented litigators whose focus is on delivering great results for our clients. This has led us to achieve a high level of recognition and success.”
