Traveling with your kiosk? Everything should connect automatically when setup and powered on again. But bluetooth connections don't always cooperate. You'll know when the card reader is connecting or if there's a problem thanks to status banners. Just check that the card reader and the kiosk are plugged in and tap "reconnect". You're ready for donations!

In case you missed it, Kind Kiosk now supports recurring donations! Today, we're excited to announce our second most requested feature: Donor Covered Fees! 🎉 With this update, donors can now choose to cover transaction costs, ensuring your organization gets 100% of the intended donation. Based on industry studies we've seen, we expect 80-90% of donors will choose to cover fees. Can't wait to see it in use.

It's been a week since The Bridge to Integrated Marketing & Fundraising Conference. As a first time attendee and exhibitor, we had a blast. Can't wait for next year. There were some really cool booths (and puppies!). We loved connecting with everyone we met. No shade meant towards other industries, but if there's one thing we've learned so far this year, it's that everyone in the nonprofit space is genuinely helpful and nice. They lift each other up. They work to connect people. And they care about everyone's success. Companies need to make money. But to do that and help others make a real impact at the same time?
