    As business leaders, it’s time we normalize conversations about compensation with our employees. I believe that when employees ask for a raise, it’s actually an opportunity to strengthen communication. It’s an opportunity to set clear expectations and align mutual goals. This will lead you to understanding your employees’ perspectives and allows you to demonstrate the value they bring to your company.
