Knowable.Me’s theory of change has a long-term goal: Greater equity, empowerment, and choice for people with disability in the consumer market from the combined forces of data and lived experience. To achieve that, we’re focused on a few key areas: Actionable Data & Insights: Knowable.Me was founded to address the lack of insights about the needs and preferences of people with disabilities. We conduct research, gather insights, and engage people with disability and their support networks to share their experiences. We then use those insights to support our clients and inform our value-creation work. Knowable.Me is a member of the Australian Data & Insights Association (ADIA) whose members uphold the highest ethical and privacy standards. Value Creation Strategies: Knowable.Me subscribe to the view that value goes well beyond dollars on a profit and loss statement and, specifically, should be expressed in impact measurement. We create value by engaging with organisations and communities to build workplace culture through diversity, equity & inclusion; improve customer experiences and product development; develop customer, people and commercial strategies; and influence policy and processes. We do so through our range of activities, including consulting projects, workshops, empathy-building sessions, presentations, and the Knowable.Me podcast.
