How do you stay competitive in the time of AI? 🤖 Perhaps this is a controversial opinion, but I personally believe that being cost-effective, practical, and strategic about validating your ideas, building, and deploying fast is key to staying ahead. The faster you can iterate, gather feedback, and refine your product, the better your chances of outpacing the competition. This approach allows you to stay responsive to market needs, pivot when necessary, and maximise your resources—keeping you competitive in a landscape that’s constantly evolving. I am 100% certain there are nuances to this thinking but I truly believe that the faster you can prove yourself wrong, the better. Experiment no. 97: My AI sales agent. This assistant is built on a combination of Llama, Claude and GPT copilots. 🤖 Here’s the result of my experiment so far. Usability has always been at the forefront of my product philosophy. 1. It has to be easy. 2. It has to be clear. 3. It has to add value. I am not going to lie, doing this for LaunchLemonade🍋  has been challenging because we: - are building in public - have built a product that's relatively nascent so education is a big aspect of our GTM - learning from our audience but seeing how we are already changing people's lives is beyond me.
