About us
Leadership North Texas is a graduate-level, regional leadership program that recruits, develops and supports stewards of the North Texas region. Over the course of nine months, participants in the program learn about the changing demographics of Texas, the global diversity of the region, the economy, health and well-being, education and workforce, the cost of incarceration and sustainable development. Alumni of Leadership North Texas include elected officials, municipal leaders, higher education and business executives and non-profit leaders. The LNT Alumni are an active, engaged group who come together to continue building bonds across the region and their education in regional issues. In addition to the core program, LNT University is a new program targeting Millennials that provides professional development through regional understanding.
