  • We are excited to invite you to join us for a 12@12 session with Michael Johnson, Deputy Chief of the Huntsville Police Department and an L-35 graduate. This event is open to dues-paying alumni members. Deputy Chief Johnson has an impressive 26-year career with the Huntsville Police Department, during which he spent eight years working in patrol and several years as a Field Training Officer. He has also served in the DUI Unit, Criminal Investigations, Supervision, and PIO. Apart from his professional achievements, he is also Vice-President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of The TN Valley and serves on the board of Crisis Services of North Alabama. With a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Athens State University, M.S. of Justice and Public Safety from the University of Auburn Montgomery, and a J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law, he is a well-rounded individual with a wealth of knowledge to share. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy Class #283 of 2022. This session is a great opportunity to learn from Deputy Chief Johnson's impressive experiences and gain valuable insights into the world of law enforcement. We hope to see you there!
