One of my highlights this Spring was designing and leading the PledgeLA Access to Capital Catalyst!✨ Working with these 10 incredible women of color entrepreneurs alongside our program partner LEEAF.LA was truly a joy. 📣 Program Recap! ⏪ Led in partnership with LEEAF.LA, our PledgeLA Access to Capital Catalyst founders gathered throughout the Spring for tailored workshops focused on demystifying sources of capital and the key financial metrics needed to access them.💡 Following these hybrid sessions, the cohort participated in 1:1 tailored advising and received a $5K stipend to execute a specific project designed to increase the company’s readiness to take on additional capital. These projects supported companies with addressing business pain-points and enhancing their financials, all while expanding their entrepreneurship networks. As Founder and Principal Learning Designer at LX Labs, an experiential learning agency, Miranda has collaborated with renowned brands like Cisco, F5 Networks, Southern California Edison, Microsoft, and others. 🤝 ⭐ This summer, Miranda is interning at Kaya Ventures!
