Today Syncly and Thomson Reuters announce a partnership to improve integrations between HighQ and legal document management systems as well as Microsoft Teams. Syncly has become known as a way to modernize and govern the way data flows between systems, allowing for the secure surfacing of data in systems outside of a system of record. Using Syncly, for example, law firms can ensure that a document opened in a linked system is checked out in the DMS, and that any changes made in one place are reflected in the document wherever it appears. The Thomson Reuters partnership will create an integrated HighQ experience allowing law firms to easily automate and control the flow of data between their internal and external collaboration systems, improving client engagement and data governance. As Sebastiaan Bos, Senior Director of Product Management at Thomson Reuters says, “providing a seamless integration between HighQ and a firm’s DMS of choice… is a foundational capability for many legal use cases and enhances our clients’ ability to bring superior digital services to their customers or business users”.
