We spent the morning at the Greater Rockville Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. The business speed dating was full of opportunities as business owners but also people with needs. Pro-tips for meaningful connections: 1. Presence: address people by name, have a firm handshake, and make eye contact. In that moment, make it clear they matter. 2. Value-add: Be curious about others' needs. We made connections between business owners who hadn't met yet but needed to. 3.
