We were thrilled to have the opportunity to visit with the team at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home! They have 126 acres and have been "Serving those who serve" with Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and memory care for almost 40 years! The campus itself dates back to the 1700s--it was one of the first schools in the United States. Executive Director Sonia Bailey-Gibson, MPA and the Deputy Director of the Maryland Department of Veterans Affairs, Rodney Jones, gave us a wonderful tour. Highlights included the tiki bar, the accessible patio swing, and the Army/Navy football-themed rehab wing! A beautiful day in a beautiful community--thank you for having us!

A true highlight of our summer - the Williamsport Retirement Village 28th Jet Ski Event! The smiles, echoing laughter, and wonderment that this event brings is fantastic. Many of these residents have never seen water, ridden a jetski, pontoon, or have been missing their coastal views for quite some time.
