Linc AI (YC S23) is the back-office automation copilot for shippers, carriers, and brokers. Logistics companies receive 1000+ emails/day that require manual data entry into their transport management systems (TMS). Existing solutions require extensive document templating, and don’t have context of the business’ TMS database. Linc automates this process with an email extension that syncs unstructured order data from inbound emails/documents directly into TMS software. It enables template-free data extraction from emails, including documents like invoices, bills of lading, and rate confirmations, with 98% field-level accuracy across document types. Founders Rahul Prakash, Harsha Srijay, and Shrey Sambhwani, all former AI engineers, noticed how cost-prohibitive and time-consuming traditional EDI/API integrations between trading partners are.
