As a certified clinical and sports dietitian with more than 30 years of experience in the sports world, I am uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive nutritional counseling to athletes of all ages, from any discipline. I have worked with some of the best athletes and sports champions around the globe, as well as weekend warriors and people just starting out on their workout journey. The common denominators remain the same: experience, science, passion, and the will to succeed. I have studied with leading experts in the field, and today continue to keep my skills at the forefront of modern sports nutrition. I am very proud to be undertaking extensive research in hyperbaric medicine – one of the most exciting and promising avenues for medical treatment – as well as exclusive sports nutrition studies with the International Olympic Committee.
