About us
Litquake is the Bay Area's longest running literary festival, and each October attracts an audience of 25,000 book lovers in venues throughout the city and surrounding areas. Litquake 2021 runs October 7-23, with the closing night Lit Crawl—the world's largest literary pub crawl—taking place the evening of Saturday, October 23rd. Our year-round programming includes writing classes and workshops, author conversations and readings, and a free podcast. And our international network of Lit Crawls currently numbers 13 cities in the U.S., Europe, and New Zealand. Sign up for our free newsletter at litquake.org.
