As Women's Equality Day approaches on August 26th, we wanted to do a #throwbackthursday to this year's Women's History Month Panel where Logixians shared their inspiring experiences! We learned so much about our Panelists and appreciate them taking the time to share. #logixsmartercareers

Yesterday a few of our Talent Acquisition team members attended the Simi Valley's Mega Job Fair and spoke to so many great potential candidates! We loved meeting members of the Simi Valley community and sharing information about our open opportunities. #logixsmartercareers

Felix and Jackie have been with Logix for 18 years and 1 year respectively and they mentioned a common theme within Logix - support! Our executive and management teams are eager to see their teams flourish in a multitude of ways. We have programs in place to help our teams thrive. For example, our Emerging Leaders Program is a program within Logix that prepares employees for leadership roles. What do you do when you're talking to a passionate community member? You collaborate! 🤝 Thanks to 13 Souls Run organizer Jeff Von Molt for being a champion for this opportunity to make a difference. We appreciate his commitment to working with Logix Federal Credit Union staff on this volunteer rally at the branch in Simi Valley (Tapo Canyon location). Branch Manager Angela Sanchez and her staff were gracious hosts. Prospective volunteers asked questions about the day's activities so they can register for what best suits their skills.
