Overnight last night and throughout this morning, we had a number of future homeowners “camp out” for their place in line to reserve a new homesite at Estates at Hutsfield. Due to the unexpected and overwhelming demand for the new homesites being released Saturday, July 20, and to exercise caution as we don’t want anyone to have to sleep overnight in front of our model home, we have initiated a list to track all interested customers on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to add your name to this list, please email us at [email protected]. We will ensure your name and contact information are added in the order in which they are received. As mentioned above, we have decided to implement this list to discourage future homeowners from camping overnight in front of the Estates at Hutsfield model to secure their place in line. While we are thrilled to work with so many enthusiastic future homeowners, we believe that staying overnight without proper accommodations is neither comfortable nor safe. We encourage everyone to enjoy the comfort of their own beds tonight while we maintain a first-come, first-served back up list for homesites being released tomorrow.
