We just launched our inaugural customer user group for child welfare professionals. 🎉 It was inspiring to create a space for dedicated individuals from across the nation to unite in our mission to enhance the quality of family care. Together, we shared insights, collaborated on innovative ideas, and reinforced our commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. Exciting News for #HispanicHeritageMonth: Dual-Language Processing is live now for all customers. While some of our customers have already been utilizing this feature, we’re thrilled to announce that Lyssn now supports both English and Spanish in one seamless experience for our all of our users! Here’s what you need to know: 🔄 Automatic Detection: Our model switches to dual-language mode if your session is more than 25% Spanish. 🔔 Heads Up: This feature is only available for Motivational Interviewing metrics at the moment. Our team plans to work towards expanding this to other metrics and languages in the future. We’re committed to expanding our language support to better serve you. It's officially #HispanicHeritageMonth 🎉 At Lyssn, this month is about celebrating the vibrant Hispanic, Latine, Latinx communities and also a reminder that there's still a lot of work to be done. We're happy to play a small part in breaking down barriers and increasing access for all. Just this past year, a HHS customer in CA asked for more Spanish resources, so we got to work. Lyssn now offers dual language transcription in English, Spanglish, and Spanish for all of our QI customers! 💬 We're also developing Spanish-speaking actor vignettes for our bilingual clinician training. 🎥 Thank you again to our incredible customers and partners who help us continue to progress in our goal to expand quality mental healthcare access for Hispanic, Latine, Latinx communities and beyond.

Lyssn is proud to be part of a peer-reviewed study that demonstrates the power of AI and virtual training for health care providers. Michael Tanana, Lyssn's CTO, and the Lyssn team worked with researchers to utilize interactive AI patients and tools to help nurses gained valuable skills in suicide safety planning with real-time feedback. The results show that digital technologies can significantly improve learning for critical skills such as suicide safety & prevention. While these findings are promising, there's always more to achieve. Today, on World Suicide Prevention Day, we must acknowledge the immense toll of suicide and recommit to addressing this critical global issue. Suicide claims over 700,000 lives annually, with profound ripple effects on individuals and communities. We all have a role to play in prevention through open dialogue, raising awareness, and providing compassionate support. On this solemn day, the International Association for Suicide Prevention chose the theme "Changing the Narrative on Suicide" to work towards a world where no one feels alone in their pain. #988Day Takes Center Stage Today! 📞💬 Two years ago, a simplified crisis care phone number changed everything. Today, we celebrate the first annual #988Day, shining a spotlight on the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and its monumental impact on mental health support. At Lyssn, we're proud to have partnered with 988 providers nationwide to help enhancing crisis call quality and support frontline crisis call takers. 988 by the Numbers: • 10.8 million: Calls, texts, and chats since July 2022 • 500,000+: Monthly contacts in May 2024 • 80%: Increase in usage since May 2022 As the system continues to evolve, crisis centers are in need for increased support around staffing, supervision, & training to meet the growing demand.
