Excited to see Devens’ redevelopment in the spotlight! With MassDevelopment’s stewardship and investments from our partners in the business community, Devens is transforming into a hub for sustainable manufacturing, life sciences innovation, and job creation. We are so proud to see how far Devens has come and look forward to watching what happens next for this incredible community!
MassDevelopment was excited to connect with WCVB Channel 5's Chronicle team about our role redeveloping Devens into a mixed-use community home to innovative businesses, vibrant neighborhoods, and an important military legacy. Great to see so many local partners highlighted including King Street Properties, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Little Leaf Farms, New England Studios, NOW Communities, LLC, Red Tail Golf Club, Sterling Street Brewery, the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, and the Fort Devens Museum. Check out the clips below of last night’s episode! bit.ly/4d8Zzgn bit.ly/3WsynSw bit.ly/46BemOa bit.ly/4fwsnRt

FutureTech Act ✅ SIGNED! This transformational legislation promotes government efficiency and a smoother user experience when interacting with state agencies, strengthens our cybersecurity posture and supports our municipalities through the Municipal Fiber and Community Compact IT Grant programs. The front door to government is now digital. The vast majority of first interactions with government agencies are now through the web, and the FutureTech Act allows us to modernize our IT systems with this recognition, and a constituent-focused approach. Thanks to Governor Healey and our partners in the Administration for your tireless work on this bill, and to the Legislature for recognizing the urgency and the vision behind FutureTech!
