Comprehensive mental health services for adolescents, adults, and seniors in Fort Wayne, Indiana

About us

Maple Heights Behavioral Health will provide mental health treatment for individuals who are struggling with concerns such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We will offer several levels of care, including inpatient treatment for those who need immediate support, as well as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming. In our inpatient program, patients will be able to benefit from 24-hour care in a safe and supportive environment. At this level, our main priority will be to help each patient achieve stabilization from the mental health disorder they are struggling with. Our outpatient program options will offer more flexibility in scheduling, allowing patients to continue working, going to school, and taking part in other regular activities while receiving the care they need. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) will be a highly structured outpatient program that will involve several hours of therapy a day, several days a week. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) will be a step-down level of care from inpatient and our PHP that will offer more structure than traditional outpatient services provide. At Maple Heights Behavioral Health, we understand that patients will be coming to us at all different points on their healing journeys. We will be dedicated to ensuring that each adolescent, adult, or senior receives the personalized, age-appropriate care they need to achieve lasting wellness.
