Learn more about Vernette Palmer:
I’m currently the unit supervisor for the criminal department in the clerk’s office at the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court.
My job at the Maryland Judiciary started as a simple judiciary clerk that transcended to the position I hold today, that’s comprised of hard work and training. I have been a unit supervisor for a year. I enjoy working at the Judiciary because each day is different. I am continuously learning, teaching, and sharing what I have learned with others. The services we provide to the public at the clerk’s office are based on the highest level of customer service that is founded by the Maryland Rules.
Listening, then being able to decipher and implement an outcome that is satisfactory, is the key to success in my role.
A fun fact about myself is that I love to crochet, and I love photography.
