Our membership also includes over 35,000 condo & homeowners associations and over 230 associate members that supply goods and services to the multi-housing industry. The Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) serves the multi-housing industry and our communities by promoting and maintaining the highest professional standards of excellence. We provide education, information, legislative and advocacy services, enabling our members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around us.

Grams is a litigator who has represented clients in all aspects of legal matters throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania in state and federal courts involving residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, contracts, automobile accidents, real estate, fair housing, employment and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. In his real estate practice, Rick represents property management companies and property owners in landlord/tenant matters including breach of lease, rent escrow, tenant holding over, bankruptcy and fair housing.
