Meet our drivers of the month for June! 🚛 💨 Caleb Burgoyne- Caleb has been with McRae's since September of 2023. He's a box truck driver out of Rhinelander, WI.  He runs our Manitowish Waters route. When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's, he stated he likes the early morning shift, so he has time to work an afternoon job. Caleb has been one of our most consistent reliable drivers. Outside of work, he enjoys remodeling his house and spending time with his 3-year-old daughter. Curtis Brown- Curtis has been with McRae's since November of 2021. He is a Class B driver out of Milwaukee, WI. He runs our express mail route. Curtis likes the flexibility at McRae’s and enjoys his schedule. He’s very dedicated to the job. He’s a very quiet, calm, respectful driver who we can always count on to get the job done. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing with his 9-year-old grandson.   Glenn Rasmusson- Glenn has been with McRae's since November of 2023. He's a Class A driver out of Rochester, Minnesota. He’s an on-call float driver who has been very valuable to the company. When asked what he liked best about McRae's he stated that he likes his co-workers, meeting new people, and he loves the job. He helps the company out so much with extra loads, call offs and everything in between. We are very lucky to have Glenn!  Outside of work Glenn likes woodworking and spending time with his family and 5 grandkids. He loves attending all their events.

Meet our drivers of the month for May! 🚛 💨 Chris McKinnon- Chris has been with McRae's since April of 2006!! He's a Class B driver out of Milwaukee, WI . When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's, he stated he likes that it's family oriented, honest and loves the open-door policy. Chris is always going the extra mile and has a great work ethic. Chris is one of our most dedicated, reliable employees. Outside of work he likes fishing, camping, music and playing the guitar. 🎸 ⛺ Eric Luther- Eric has been with McRae's since August of 2018. He started out as a part time tractor trailer driver out of Rochester and is now our Site manager in Eagan, MN. Eric likes that McRae's is a family oriented company. He works hard to do anything that will better the company or simply help out to make things easier. He has been a great addition to our MN team. He does it all from interviewing drivers, road tests, onboarding, fixing cars, trucks, trailers, running routes, and everything in-between. When he's not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and fur babies. He likes hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time at his properties. He loves riding his Harley and rebuilding cars. 🦌 🎣 Denise Winger- Denise has been with McRae's since October of 2023. She's a Class B driver out of Wisconsin Rapids. When asked what she liked best about McRae's she stated that the staff is very supportive, no micromanagement, and she loves working and meeting new people at the USPS. Outside of work Denise loves to travel, hike, kayak, and spend time with her fur baby Copper! 🐶 🌄

Meet our drivers of the month for April! 🚛 Michael Belau- Mike (Mondovi Mike is his nickname) has been with McRae's since September of 2019 but he's been hauling mail for 10 years!! He's a Class B driver out of Eau Claire, WI. When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's, he was one of the few who said that he really likes the split shift. He likes the great equipment, good pay, loves all the people he works with, from his co workers to all the people at the post office's. He really enjoys driving and it makes all the difference when you like your job. Mike is always punctual, super reliable and we are so thankful to have him on our team. Outside of work Mike enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, riding his bike, yard work, and anything outdoors. Christopher Ward- Chris has been with McRae's since April of 2011. He’s a Class B driver out of Milwaukee, WI. Chris runs our express mail. When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's he stated, that he can do his own thing uninterrupted, good equipment, and good pay. Chris is a great team player who is always willing to help out. He's been around for so many years that he knows just about every box truck run, if not all of them! In his free time he likes to rebuild cars. He has a wife, 4 kids and 6 grandkids and enjoys spending time with his family. Pat Czerwinski- Pat has been with McRae's since June of 2019. He's a tractor trailer driver out of Wausau, WI. Pat has been a relief driver and really has been the best. We can count on one hand the amount of times Pat has said no to a shift. He may only be part time but he's been so valuable to us and we appreciate him more then words could explain. When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's, he stated he enjoyed the people and the pay. Outside of helping out McRae's, Pat has many hobbies. He does wood working and makes fine wood projects, likes fishing and bowhunting. He spends lots of family time and has been happily married for 46 years.

Invest in your drivers and invest in your company. Our drivers have been doing a fantastic job and it shows in our safety score. In April we host our bi-annual safety meetings and we appreciate everyone who takes the time to contribute and attend. A big thanks to Vizance Michael Kielley for taking the time to travel and present.

Meet our drivers of the month for March! 🚛 Tony Akehurst Tony is a returning employee to McRae’s. He's a Class A driver out of Eagan, MN. He's been hauling mail for many years. When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's he said the hours, pay, people, work environment and the culture. It's been great to have Tony back on our team. He's got a great attitude and is always going the extra mile. When Tony is not at work you can find him outside hiking and spending time with his family and his 2.5 year old grandson. Troy Stone- Troy has been with McRae's since April of 2022. He’s a tractor trailer driver out of Oshkosh, WI. Troy started hauling mail in 2015 for Sheehy Mail. Troy has been in the trucking world for 36 years and stated that McRae's has been a pleasant, peaceful, respectful and quiet work environment. He absolutely loves the driver's he gets to meet. Troy is the core of our Oshkosh team. He's been there since we started the contract and is always dependable and great to work with. Outside of work Troy spends his time at church and raising his 11 year old son. ⛪ Zani Ramushevski- Zani has been with McRae's since October of 2023. He's a tractor trailer driver out of Milwaukee, WI. His ability to go above and beyond has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated . When asked what he liked best about working at McRae's he stated that the people are great, no micromanagement, excellent equipment and dispatch is good. Outside of work you can find Zani playing basketball, fishing and riding his motorcycle. 🏍 🏀 🎣
