My focus is on coaching executives and leading CEO peer groups, drawing from a deep toolkit developed through numerous professional interactions. Coaching is intrinsic to me, akin to breathing. It's gratifying to be acknowledged for work that reflects who I am. I don't label myself a career coach; I coach the executive, not just their career. Armed with a black belt in EQ, my goal is for clients to identify their professional aspirations and execute a plan to realize their dreams within 6 months. As an emotional empath, I'm deeply invested in my clients' well-being. Each day leaves me both invigorated and exhausted, emphasizing the need for self-care. My book, "Your Finest Work: Career Fulfillment in a Complicated World," was recently named a Finalist in the 18th Annual National Indie Excellence® Awards, a milestone that broadens its reach.
