Community Health Centers (#CHCs) drive down the cost of care for their patients—representing close to 20% of Medicaid beneficiaries and just 4% of the cost. But traditional payment methods aren't adding up. 🗨 "We're tasked with providing care, but we're often not supported," says Rita Bilello, DDS, Chief Executive Officer at METRO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS INC. "We often get left by the wayside... to pick up whatever's left over." Isn't it time to flip the script and center CHCs? #communityhealth #populationhealth #VBC #valuebasedcare #FQHC #FQHCs
