During this happy hour, you'll get to mingle with the MVMA Board, MVMA members and individuals who work with volunteers in our community. Bring a colleague! Everyone is welcome. Join MVMA for its bi-monthly social & networking event at Century Coffee Company (at City Foundry STL) on Thursday, May 22nd at 9:00 am. Every other month MVMA plans social gatherings for members & non-members to network and get to know each other. Feel free to bring a colleague!

National Volunteer Month is over, but as we all know the impact of our volunteers resonates well past the month of April. We hope we’ve been able to provide some solid resources on ways to recognize volunteers throughout the year, matching as best we can the incredible efforts they give to our organizations. It’s National Volunteer Month! We can’t wait to hear how you and your organization are recognizing your volunteers. Whether it's organizing appreciation events, shouting them out on social media, or simply a heartfelt 'thank you' - every gesture counts. Over the next 4 Fridays MVMA will be asking questions, sharing tips, best practices, and other resources centered on volunteer recognition. We are also excited to be raffling off a book, the 5 Love Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, eligible for anyone that interacts with our Friday posts over the next 4 weeks (04/12/24-05/03/24)!
