Meet Cristina Rau Worobkevich! 👋🏼 Cristina is a food scientist with an extensive food safety and quality assurance, regulatory compliance and food processing experience, gained throughout her over 25 years career in food manufacturing plants in Europe, Canada and the US. She holds a MS In Food Safety from Michigan State University, and a BS in Food Science and Human Nutrition from University of Sibiu, Romania. She also holds a number of certifications in Food Safety Management, HACCP Leadership, Food Fraud Prevention, Food Defense, and is a Certified Internal Auditor with BRCGS. She is passionate about her family and healthy life style, and enjoys traveling, helping others, meeting interesting people and learning about the world and different cultures. Her favorite dish is the Spanish seafood paella. Her favorite Midas products are the Euro Chocolate Mousses and Piada seasoning.

MiDAS Foods International develops and manufactures the gold standard in custom culinary-quality dry mix sauces, glazes, gravies, bases, drinks and desserts for both major food processors and global restaurant chains. For the past 3+ decades, our chefs and food technologists have worked with some of the largest food organizations in over 20 countries, creating an incredibly wide variety of foods specific to their requirements for quality, taste, preparation and function. Product development is at the very heart of our business. Creating product quality that rivals scratch culinary chef recipes is what we strive for, but that is only the start. Our products are designed to achieve a wide range of criteria that our customers require. Midas Foods International is BRC certified and is certified to produce kosher and organic product. We manufacture from 2,000lb. totes to .25lb. pouches and everywhere in between.

Meet Michele! 🎉 Michele has 20 years collective experience in office and HR management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from University of Phoenix. Michele has had the opportunity to use her knowledge in automotive, education, legal, hospitality, travel, and now she adds food manufacturing to the list of industries since joining MiDAS in 2016. Michele is responsible for developing various human resource plans and procedures in conjunction with senior management. She is also responsible for overall front office activities by developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office inventory control, customer service training and staff supervision. Michele is passionate about community service, dancing, traveling, and above all, spending time with her family. She enjoys food, especially Midas’s Shawarma Seasoning and White Chocolate Mousse. Her overall favorite type of food is Mediterranean.
