I had the privilege of volunteering with a small but mighty 💪 team of Ricoh colleagues at the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank (MGCFB). We packed 500 📦— 7,708 🍽— in under 3 hours! MGCFB serves 24 counties across Middle Georgia 📍, helping 109,940 people (1 in 7) and 38,560 children access nutritious food. Every effort counts. Access to healthy food is a key part of health and wellness. This summer, Atrium Health Navicent participated in a bit of healthy competition for which team (executives or nursing leaders) could pack the most food boxes to be distributed by the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. I’m pleased to report that my team won! All kidding and competition aside, our teams are proud to have contributed to improving health and wellness for local families.

The 2024 Legal Food Frenzy is almost here! This week I had the honor of helping kick off Feeding Georgia's largest fundraiser for our food banks in partnership with the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General Young Lawyers Division State Bar of Georgia at the beautiful space provided by King & Spalding. Our goal this year is to raise $1 million. Last year, GA attorneys brought in more than $800k, so it is possible to reach that record number of donations, but I'd love your help to make it happen.
