Hosting approximately 17,000 local, national, and international players, we're thrilled to bring some of the world's best youth soccer players to Blaine, Minnesota. Today we observe World Asthma Day to spread awareness about the challenges faced by athletes with asthma. Asthma is one of the most common chronic health conditions in the United States with approximately 4.7 million children under 18 affected. According to the 2022 Minnesota Student Survey, 14% of students have been told they have asthma. Based on this data it's likely that a standard sized youth sports team has at least one athlete with asthma.
