The MDA is looking for a Feed Regulatory Specialist or Feed Regulatory Advisor! This vacancy will be filled at either the Feed Regulatory Specialist or Feed Regulatory Advisor level, depending on the applicant's qualifications. This position exists to support the Minnesota Department of Agriculture’s Commercial Feed Program of the Food and Feed Safety Division under the general guidance of the feed supervisor by providing professional regulatory and investigative support to administer and enforce the Minnesota Commercial Feed Law and FDA Commissioned Programs. The MDA is looking for a Local Food Purchasing Assistance Grants Specialist! This position exists to provide administrative and accounting support to the staff of the MN Local Food Purchasing Assistance (LFPA) grant program. This position will assist with managing program funds for grantees including tracking and reviewing grantee financial and progress reports, processing reimbursement requests, preparing reports of grantee procurement and distribution data for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and conducting monitoring site visits.
