I change Marketing from a cost center to a profit center

Can Marketing really change from a support function to a revenue driver? Marketing should be growing the top of the sales funnel and quantifying how that converts into revenue in a credible way. All companies want that, but many are not there yet. That is because this requires a transformation of the marketing program. I've managed this process multiple times and there are several steps that all programs need to take. Everyone is at some stage in this transformation. I wrote an eBook that describes the steps you need to take to transform Marketing into a driver of revenue. Check it out, it is a free resource for you. If you have any questions or comments, I'd love to hear them. #marketing #b2bmarketing #b2bgrowth #revenuemarketing #revenuegrowth

I change Marketing from a cost center to a profit center

Changing Marketing from a "Cost Center" to a "Money-Maker" It’s surprising how many companies still perceive marketing as a “cost center” rather than a “money-maker”. This perception is typically due to marketing’s inability to credibly quantify its contribution to the sales pipeline and to revenue. If Marketing is not actively contributing to the sales pipeline, that is a real missed opportunity and you are effectively giving that revenue to your competitors. But changing marketing into a revenue-generating powerhouse requires a transformation. I address all of that in this video. #marketing #b2bmarketing #b2bgrowth #revenuemarketing #revenuegrowth
