Meet Tom. Tom is a Welder who has a love for what he does! After taking a metal shop class in high school and discovering a talent for welding, Tom started working at MPE Inc. as a youth apprentice, and decided to stay on full-time because of the people and opportunities to grow. When asked, he said that his favorite things about working at MPE Inc. are the cleanliness of the shop floor, the diversity of the work that he does, and the opportunity to problem solve and be heard.
