About us
MVE Group [Meadow Valley Electric, MVE Solar, KWReduction, ESCO Security] delivers quality electrical, energy, lighting, and security solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers (businesses, government agencies, and homeowners). We attribute our success to our small business roots, where hard work, unique skills and the creative ideas of our staff have allowed us to develop long lasting relationships with our satisfied customers. The company began in 1973 as Meadow Valley Electric, an electrical contracting firm, and has grown to include ESCO (1984) commercial and home security and fire protection systems; KWReduction (1999) energy saving lighting solutions; and MVE Solar (2009) solar PV systems. In 2011, the companies united under a single corporation, MVE Group, and our employees became employee-owners through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

After our quarterly meeting on Thursday, MVE Group and ESCO Security Inc enjoyed a relaxing evening at our local community park. At the conclusion of our meeting, a catered dinner was provided, homemade desserts, an ice-cold lemonade stand, games, challenges, and more for all to enjoy. Our wellness committee challenged willing individuals to see how long they could hold metal conduit elbows. The winners of the men's and women's competitions each won a $50 gift card. They also provided information for our hydration challenge and electrolyte packets to encourage us to stay hydrated on these hot and humid days. In addition to the challenge, several cornhole games were set up, as well as a nice disc course provided by the park. Our safety committee was also set up to distribute jackets to celebrate working 365 days without an injury or loss time accident. This was a significant milestone and proof that our team is committed to working safely no matter what it takes. Thank you to all those who could come out and enjoy a nice evening in the park.

Congratulations to our very own Edward Grimm and Jacob Skaggs for completing the ABC Keystone apprenticeship program! 🙌 This is a significant milestone as the ABC Keystone apprenticeship program is a 4-year journey that demands 8,000 hours of on-the-job work experience and classroom learning. They put in the work, and we couldn't be more proud to celebrate with them at their graduation ceremony on Thursday evening at Clipper Magazine Stadium. #abcmeritshopproud #abckeystone #electricalindustry #electricians #commercialelectrical #construction

Today concludes the National Safety Stand-Down To Prevent Falls in Construction Week Event, but we cannot let our guards down. Safety must be our top priority all of the time. We asked a few of our team members why safety is important to them, and this is what they said: "Because I have more responsibilities now." "So, I can go home at the end of my shift." "I value the work we do and want to prioritize safety for myself and my coworkers. They have families at home, too!" "I want to avoid injuries, hospitals, and long-term health issues." "MY FAMILY." "So, I can race on the weekends." "I want to be healthy when I retire." "Ensure a steady income!" What motivates you to stay safe at work and home? #nationalsafetystanddown2024 #preventfallsinconstruction #safety #safetyistoppriority #constructionsafety
