Meet Myriah Jacobs, our Technology Coordinator for Vet Clinics at MySimplePetExpress. With over 14 years in veterinary medicine, Myriah brings a wealth of experience and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance animal healthcare. Myriah's journey in veterinary care began in a small general practice and led her to become the lead ER/ICU technician at one of Arizona's largest emergency/specialty hospitals. Her extensive experience includes: • Development and analysis of cloud-based Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) • Change management for veterinary hospitals implementing new PIMS • Content expert across multiple PIMS platforms • Technical support for veterinary software systems • Hands-on veterinary nursing in emergency and critical care settings Inspired by her grandfather, who was the sole veterinarian on their local reservation, Myriah is committed to improving animal healthcare operations. At MySimplePetExpress, she's excited to continue her mission of ensuring every clinic is well-equipped and trained to deliver the best care possible. Myriah's focus is on facilitating effective training and supporting the growth of veterinary teams, with a special emphasis on empowering technicians. Her goal is to enable the veterinary community to assist a greater number of pets in need through efficient use of technology. Originally from a small town at the base of the San Francisco peaks, Myriah now calls Phoenix home. When not advancing veterinary care through technology, she enjoys hiking, weight lifting, and spending time with her family in the mountains. She's a proud dog mom to Cornelius, her 8-year-old French Bulldog. Myriah's mission: To bridge the gap between veterinary expertise and cutting-edge technology, ensuring better outcomes for pets and more efficient operations for veterinary teams. #VeterinaryTechnology #AnimalHealthcare #PIMS #VetTech #TechInnovation #MySimplePetLab Becky Gallant, CVT Dennis Chmiel, DVM, MBA Nancy Willerton DVM Michelle Popilek Jen Hagness
