🌟 Yesterday marked a new chapter for Wynne Public Schools as we broke ground on the future home of Wynne High School. Being part of the Yellowjacket family and contributing to the rebuilding of this resilient community is an honor for Nabholz. Since the devastating tornado in 2023, the journey to recovery has been filled with determination and hope. The new Wynne High School will feature over 30 classrooms, a dining hall that seats 300, a 900-seat auditorium, a media center, an athletic stadium, a media production lab, and dedicated student support spaces. We are proud to support this incredible community and look forward to seeing students continue to thrive with remarkable strength as their campus transforms toward its future. 🏫 As the school year kicks off, we’re thrilled to share the progress we’ve made at Paragon Mills Elementary! Over the summer, our team was busy with a transformative 111,760-square-foot initiative designed to enhance the educational experience for students. This summer, we tackled significant exterior work, including trenching for new sewer, water, electric, and storm piping, and excavating a bioretention pond. We also installed concrete, gravity block, and vegetative retaining walls. Inside, the cafeteria addition took shape with steel framing, masonry walls, and pre-cast concrete planks. In the classroom addition and renovation wing, we made great strides with the interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installed a new roof, and completed finishes for painting and ceiling grid installation. A huge thank you to TMP and Metro Nashville Public Schools for their incredible partnership in making this project a success. 🏫 Excitement is in the air at Little Rock Central High School as students return to a campus transformed by the most significant expansion and renovation in over 50 years! This summer, our team continued progress on two major projects: a state-of-the-art science building and a new field house. The science building, a three-story, 68,000-square-foot facility, houses specialized classrooms and labs for subjects like chemistry, biology, physics, robotics, horticulture, and environmental science. It even includes a 200-seat lecture hall and a rooftop patio. The new field house, a two-story, 58,000-square-foot addition, is equipped with a practice field, locker rooms, a weight room, offices, team meeting rooms, and dedicated practice spaces for wrestling, cheer, and dance teams. This modern facility will support the Tigers' athletic programs and contribute to the school's legacy of excellence. 🏫🎉 The countdown is on at Bixby Public Schools, and we couldn’t be more excited! As the new school year begins, we’re thrilled to share the incredible progress our team made this summer. With just a few final touches left, our hard work is paying off, and Bixby students and staff are set to enjoy their newly upgraded spaces soon. This summer, we focused on wrapping up construction for both the new academic building and the impressive athletic building renovation and expansion. The 200,000-square-foot academic facility, designed in collaboration with KKT Architects, Inc., is a game-changer for Bixby High School, offering flexible, student-centered spaces that will redefine the learning experience. Meanwhile, the athletic building is also nearing completion, with an anticipated finish this October, ready to serve as a hub of Spartan pride and school spirit. Inside the academic building, we made significant strides with millwork installation, ceramic tile work, painting, and polished concrete floors, all while finishing drywall and window installations. Outside, we completed grading, laid asphalt roads, and prepared sidewalks and concrete paving. Each step brings us closer to delivering these state-of-the-art facilities to the Bixby community. 🎒📚 Our Kansas crew helped kick off the school year with a real team effort! We’re excited to share that our 12th Annual Olathe Public Schools Foundation Supply Drive was a huge success. Thanks to the incredible generosity of #teamnabholz, we assembled 14 teacher survival gift baskets, which were given away as door prizes at the new teacher banquet. 🏫 As summer winds down, our team has been bustling with activity, completing K12 construction needs while students are on break, including multiple projects at Newcastle Public Schools. Here’s an exciting update on what our Oklahoma teams have been working on this summer. 📕 At Newcastle Middle School, we’ve expanded the space by 16,000 square feet, adding six new classrooms, a storm shelter, and updated sports facilities. We’re thrilled for the students to experience these amazing spaces! 🌳 Newcastle Elementary School projects are also progressing smoothly, with the addition of a playground with updated turf, an outdoor classroom, and entry canopies. Our team also relocated a playground and added new fencing this summer. 🛝 We’re making great strides at Newcastle Early Childhood Center with two new large playgrounds, fresh turf, and new fencing. 🏋️ Newcastle High School also saw 30,000 square feet of renovations and 80,000 square feet of space added, shaping up for a major upgrade! Features include a two-story entry, classrooms, a storm shelter, a band room, a cafeteria, a library, and office spaces. The gym received new HVAC units and electrical components to boot. A huge shoutout to MA+ Architecture and all our incredible partners for their stellar teamwork on these projects. Collaboration is essential to keeping these projects on track and we can’t wait to see this work come together for students to enjoy!
