National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) leads in the advocacy and support for elementary and middle-level principals and other education leaders in their commitment for all children. In 2008, NAESP embarked on an ambitious—and achievable—strategic plan to best lead, serve, and support elementary and middle-level principals today and in the future. NAESP will strive to continue to be principal-led, member-driven, and business-focused. A core focus of our work will be to ensure that principals have what they need to lead learning communities. NAESP is committed to providing the research, tools, learning experiences, and networking that enable our members to understand and prepare students to be highly adaptive learners in a rapidly changing world.
