Last month, we teamed up with the The Culinary Institute of America at Copia to bring foodservice operators an immersive experience all about honey. As we prepare to celebrate #NationalHoneyBeeDay on August 17th, we're reminded of how vital hard-working honey bees and beekeepers are to our food system. Supporting beekeepers by buying honey is essential so they can continue to provide bees to farms across the nation for the pollination of roughly 1/3 of our diet.
