Vodafone Ukraine, part of NEQSOL Holding, has successfully made a $12.4 million regular interest payment on its Eurobonds. The coupon payments are being processed every six months. Vodafone Ukraine has also been paying the principal amount on Eurobonds and so far has paid $100 million ahead of schedule, which reflects the company’s serious approach to its obligations and proves its financial sustainability despite the war conditions. In 2020, Vodafone Ukraine issued and placed Eurobonds on the international capital markets at a rate of 6.2%, successfully marking the lowest price in the entire history of Eurobonds issuance by a corporate issuer from Ukraine. #NEQSOLHolding #VodafoneUkraine #Eurobonds #CapitalMarkets

NEQSOL Holding recently organized an insightful visit for Parla program participants to the production plant of NORM OJSC, the largest cement producer in the South Caucasus. This tour is an integral part of their planned development journey, designed to provide them with hands-on experience within the industry and plant’s working environment. The program participants received a thorough Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) induction. Following this, they explored the lab with Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) expert. The expert introduced cement and concrete laboratories meeting the highest standards and equipped with modern facilities. The visit concluded with an engaging tour of the plant led by a Production Engineer who explained the process of cement manufacturing with real case examples. We would like to thank Norm team members, including Malik Zalov, Production and Process Engineer; Nurida Amrahli, Quality Engineer; Sabira Sh, Concrete Laboratory Lead Engineer; and HSE interns Sakina Huseynli and Sezar Rustemzade, for their hard work in coordinating and leading this visit. Their valuable contributions ensured a successful and informative experience for the participants.
