About us
New Church Ministry is a ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada that strives to counter the church’s historic tendency to colonize as a means of growth. Instead, it offers a methodology to train leaders as movement initiators that foster faithful communities; communities that exhibit the marks of the faithful church: true community, deep Christian spirituality, and a passion for justice.

Rev. Dr. Jose Martinez, Minister of New Church Strategies, visited our friends at Luther Seminary. While there, he got to see the oldest Lutheran structure in the U.S. It got us thinking about the life cycle of church and how we are all “new church.” If you want to explore how to be church in new ways, join us from Oct 22-25 for Leadership Academy. https://lnkd.in/g7kf-BgF
