In 2023, HelixIntel experienced rapid growth - quadrupling their year-over-year revenue, expanding their team, and closing an $11 million Series A round - leading to them needing a larger workspace to connect face-to-face. Newmark Ciminelli was thrilled to partner with Jon and his team to find the perfect space at 500 Seneca in Larkinville with Savarino Properties, LLC (check out the sneak peak photos!)– an office with character, community, and many amenities—shaping the future of workspaces. New listing alert 🚨 Originally built for Orange Blossom Cigars, this 1925 building in Rochester has been completely restored into a beautiful office/flex space with endless possibilities. The original restoration done in 2007 included sandblasting the brick and wood to restore it to the original condition. As part of the restoration, the owners kept some of the original details of the building taking you back in time to 1925. Uses for the building could include continued move in ready use as office/R&D/Flex or a conversion to residential, loft units, etc.

In a sale-leaseback transaction, the seller of an asset becomes the lessee and the purchaser becomes the lessor. A sale-leaseback enables a company to sell an asset to raise capital, then lets the company lease that asset back from the purchaser.
